S.D. Admin. R. 24:05:30:08.11 - Resolution meeting - Waive or mediate
The resolution meeting need not be held if:
(1) The parent and the district agree in
writing to waive the meeting; or
(2) The parent and the district agree to use
the mediation process described in this chapter.
