S.D. Admin. R. 24:05:32:14 - Use of private school employees authorized

A school district may use IDEA Section 619 Preschool or Part B funds to pay for the services of an employee of a private school if the employee performs the services outside regular hours of duty and the employee performs the services under public supervision and control.
