S.D. Admin. R. 41:04:02:33 - Hutchinson County public water safety zones

Hutchinson County public water safety zones are as follows:

(1) The waters of Silver Lake are a "no boating zone" during a Conservation Order or during the migratory waterfowl season;

(2) The waters of Tripp Lake are a "no wake zone";

(3) The waters of Dimock Lake are a "no wake zone";

(4) The waters of Menno Lake are a "no wake zone."
