S.D. Admin. R. 41:06:26:05 - Raffle elk license valid for established seasons in open Black Hills units
The elk license won by the successful entrant in the raffle referenced in chapter 41:06:27 is also valid during the season established in any open unit in which an "any elk" license is issued.
