S.D. Admin. R. 41:06:54:06 - Report required

The sponsor of a special pheasant season for disabled veterans shall provide a report of the season to the Department of Game, Fish and Parks in Pierre within five days after the date of the season. That report must include the name, address, and social security number of each disabled veteran and the total number of pheasants harvested during the season.
