S.D. Admin. R. 44:05:04:09 - Bandage and hemorrhage control supplies

The following bandage and dressing equipment must be available on all ground ambulances:

(1) Multi-trauma dressings;

(2) Gauze pads:

(3) Gauze rolls;

(4) 1" and 2" adhesive tape:

(5) 1" and 2" hypoallergenic tape:

(6) Burn sheets commercially packaged and sterilized:

(7) Abdominal dressings:

(8) Occlusive dressing or equivalent:

(9) Triangluar bandages; and

(10) Arterial tourniquets.
