The following items are not covered:
(1) Incontinence supplies for a child under 3
years of age;
(2)
Vehicles;
(3) Purchases made
without the prior approval of the coordinator for the local family support
program or the division for the strengthening families program; and
(4) Any services, items, or supplies eligible
for payment under another payment source.
