S.D. Admin. R. 48:02:02:03 - Applicant required to furnish information
Applicants must furnish all information, including financial data and documents, certifications, consents, waivers, individual history forms, and other materials required or requested by the lottery or commission for purposes of determining qualifications required in SDCL 42-7A-42 and 42-7A-43 and chapter 48:02:02. No video lottery license may be granted to an applicant who fails to provide information and documentation required by SDCL 42-7A or requested by the commission. The burden of proving qualification for any video lottery license is on the applicant.
