S.D. Admin. R. 48:02:04:04 - Scheduling of hearings
The commission shall hold hearings on suspension, revocation, denial of license renewal, or violations of SDCL chapter 42-7A and this title, with the notice of hearing sent at least ten days prior to the hearing date.
