S.D. Admin. R. 61:15:07:16 - Exit illumination

Exit illumination shall be provided and maintained in accordance with the International Building Code, 2015 edition. Exits shall be illuminated as required by the International Building Code if the building or structure is occupied. Equipment providing emergency power for exit illumination and exit signs shall be maintained in an operable condition.
