S.D. Admin. R. 67:42:08:01.01 - Eligibility requirements - Residential treatment center
In addition to the requirements contained in this chapter, a residential treatment center must meet the requirements of 42 C.F.R. §§ 441.150 to 441.184, inclusive (October 1, 2019) for a psychiatric residential treatment facility for individuals under the age of 21.
