S.D. Admin. R. 67:42:17:05 - Revocation of a license or registration certificate
The department may revoke a license or registration certificate due to noncompliance with a licensing or registration standard by providing a thirty-day written notice to the provider. The thirty-day written notice is not required if the revocation is necessary to prevent danger to the life, health, or safety of a child. The provider may not reapply for a license or registration certificate for at least one year after the date of revocation.
