S.D. Admin. R. 67:42:17:41 - Night-time care
When care is provided between 7:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m., the following requirements apply:
(1)
Center providers on duty shall be awake and alert to the needs of
children;
(2) Family day care
providers shall be accessible and responsive to children who awaken during the
night and require attention; and
(3) Providers shall supply a cot or bed for
each child in overnight care.
