S.D. Admin. R. 70:04:07:11 - Non-conforming signs
The department shall not renew the permit for any sign not in conformance with these rules. Any non-conforming sign that is damaged or destroyed shall not be repaired or replaced, and shall be removed by the department Any non-conforming sign remaining in place on January 1, 2015, shall be removed by the department.
