S.D. Admin. R. 70:07:04:05 - Grounds for debarment - Contract crime
The commission may debar a business if the business or a principal or former principal of the business is convicted in any jurisdiction of a contract crime or if a conviction is imputed to the business as set forth in ยงยง 70:07:04:07 and 70:07:04:08.
