S.D. Admin. R. 74:04:13:05 - Inspection and Enforcement
Bottled water facilities shall be periodically inspected by the department of environment and natural resources. Inspections will be arranged a minimum of 24 hours in advance and will be conducted during normal business hours. Enforcement of bottled drinking water regulations shall conform to 34A-3A-28.
