S.D. Admin. R. 74:36:01:10.01 - Insignificant increase in allowable emissions
An insignificant increase in allowable emissions is a physical change or change in the method of operation that results in air emissions less than the following amounts and the change does not trigger ยง 74:36:01:10(3) and (4):
(1) 10 tons per year of particulate matter;
(2) 5 tons per year of PM10;
(3) 3 tons per year of PM2.5;
(4) 10 tons per year of sulfur dioxide;
(5) 10 tons per year of nitrogen oxides;
(6) 10 tons per year of carbon monoxide;
(7) 5 tons per year of volatile organic compounds;
(8) 0.1 tons per year of lead;
(9) 1 ton per year of fluorides;
(10) 2 tons per year of sulfuric acid mist;
(11) 2 tons per year of hydrogen sulfide;
(12) 2 tons per year of total reduced sulfur;
(13) 2 tons per year reduced sulfur compounds;
(14) 2 tons per year of munipal waste combustor emissions; and
(15) 10 tons per year of municipal solid waste landfill emissions (measured as nonmethane organic compounds).
