S.D. Admin. R. 74:36:04:04 - Standard for issuance of a minor source operating permit
The minor source operating permit must include reasonable conditions, including adherence to plans and specifications, to assure compliance with the act, the Clean Air Act, and any other conditions justified under SDCL 34A-1-19.
