S.D. Admin. R. 74:36:04:19 - Administrative permit amendment
An administrative permit amendment may be issued for a revision to an operating permit meeting the requirements of ยง 74:36:01:03. An application for an administrative permit amendment shall contain a description of the change and documentation supporting the applicant's claim the revision qualifies as an administrative permit amendment.
