S.D. Admin. R. 74:56:01:20 - Repairs allowed - Fiberglass-reinforced plastic tank systems
Fiberglass-reinforced plastic tanks may be repaired if the owner or operator can ensure that repairs will prevent releases due to structural failure for the remaining operating life of the UST. Repairs may be made only by the manufacturer's authorized representatives.
