Declaratory Ruling: The table game known as Casino War meets the definition of poker pursuant to SDCL 42-7B-4(18) and is an authorized variation of the game of poker pursuant to that statute and that the game may be played in Deadwood provided that a licensee requests approval of the rules for the play of the game and that the rules are legally promulgated and adopted. South Dakota Commission on Gaming Declaratory Ruling dated April 6, 2006.
