Tenn. Comp. R. & Regs. 0180-12-.11 - PERCENT OF ASSETS

An association's investment in capital stock, obligations or other securities of service organizations which assist in furthering or facilitating the association's purposes, powers, or community responsibilities is limited to three (3) percent of the association's total assets.
