Tenn. Comp. R. & Regs. 0180-12-.13 - INSURED OR GUARANTEED LOANS

Every association is hereby authorized to make, without regard to any loan limitation or restriction otherwise imposed by the Tennessee Savings and Loan Act, any loan, secured or unsecured, which is partially insured or guaranteed in any manner and in any amount by the United States, any state, or any instrumentality of either.
