Tenn. Comp. R. & Regs. 0180-12-.24 - PUBLICATION OF FINANCIAL STATEMENT

Current through March 20, 2022

Every association shall prepare and publish on or before thirty (30) days after the close of the association's fiscal year in a newspaper in the county of its main office a statement of its financial condition and such statement shall be consistent in form to that required for publication by the insuring agency and with the industry in general.
