Tenn. Comp. R. & Regs. 0180-12-.29 - AFFIDAVIT OF COMPLIANCE

Each association shall file with the Commissioner an affidavit setting forth the extent to which it has complied with the provisions of these rules. Said affidavit shall set forth the areas in which the association is not in compliance, as well as the areas in which it is in compliance. For those areas where the association is not in compliance, the affidavit shall set forth details of how the association intends to achieve compliance, or contain an explanation of facts and conditions that would justify a waiver of those provisions by the Commissioner. All such affidavits shall be filed with the Commissioner within ninety (90) days after the effective date of these regulations.
