Tenn. Comp. R. & Regs. 0180-12-.30 - SEPARABILITY PROVISION; REPEALS

If any provision of these rules and regulations or the application thereof to any person or circumstances is held invalid, the remainder of the rules and regulations and the applicability of such provision to other persons or circumstances shall not be affected thereby. All prior rules relating to state-chartered savings and loan associations are hereby repealed.
