Tenn. Comp. R. & Regs. 0360-04-01-.08 - WRITTEN EXAMINATIONS

(1) Written examinations shall be scheduled by the Commission office.
(2) A site for a written examination shall:
(a) Have sufficient space with tables/desks and chairs for the applicants;
(b) Have sufficient lighting;
(c) Be sufficiently free of outside noise or other distractions which could interfere with the examination;
(d) Be reasonably comfortable with respect to the environment so as not to provide a distraction from the examination; and
(e) Meet all ADA requirements.
(3) The Commission representative shall ensure that the site meets these requirements prior to the start of the written examination.
