Tenn. Comp. R. & Regs. 0400-02-02-.07 - DISORDERLY CONDUCT
(1) Disorderly
conduct is prohibited.
(2) Offense
defined: A person is guilty of disorderly conduct with intent to cause public
inconvenience, annoyance or alarm, or recklessly creating a risk thereof, if he
shall:
(a) Engage in fighting or in
threatening, violent or tumultuous behavior; or
(b) Make unreasonable noise or make an
offensively coarse utterance, gesture, or display, or address abusive language
to any person present; or
(c)
Create a hazardous or physically offensive condition by any act or threat of
action.
