Tenn. Comp. R. & Regs. 0465-01-02-.13 - RATE SETTING METHODOLOGY FOR COMMUNITY PARTICIPATION SERVICES

(1) Community participation services are reimbursed on a fee-for-service basis.

(2) The unit of service is 15 minutes.

(3) The fee-for-service rate is calculated using the following factors:

(a) DSP reimbursement rate.

(b) Non-direct program costs;

(c) Administrative costs;

(d) Transportation costs per unit per person;

(e) Projected average waiver participant absentee rate of 8.23 percent; and

(f) Rate Level Factor as defined in 0465-01-02-.03.
