Tenn. Comp. R. & Regs. 0780-01-63-.15 - CONTRACTS AFFECTED

All new and renewal reinsurance transactions entered into after the effective date of this chapter shall conform to the requirements of T.C.A. §§ 56-2-207, 56-2-208, and 56-2-209 and this chapter if credit is to be given to the ceding insurer for such reinsurance.
