It is the express intent of these rules that such powers as are herein delegated by the commissioner are also retained and may be exercised by the commissioner at the commissioner's election.

Amendment filed December 23, 2014; effective March 23, 2015. On January 27, 2015, the Tennessee Department of Commerce and Insurance filed a withdrawal of the amendment. Repeal and new rule filed March 16, 2015; effective 6/14/2015.
