(1) Pharmacy Services

(a) Pharmaceutical services rendered as part of inpatient care are considered inclusive within the Inpatient Fee Schedule and shall not be reimbursed separately.

(b) All retail pharmaceutical services rendered shall be reimbursed in accordance with the Pharmacy Schedule Guidelines, Rule 0800-02-18-.12.

(2) Professional Services

(a) All non-institutional professional and technical services will be reimbursed in accordance with the Bureau's Rules for Medical Payments and the Medical Fee Schedule Rules which shall be used in conjunction with these Rules.
