Reporting Threshold - The threshold amount below which medical malpractice
judgments, awards or settlements in which payments are awarded to complaining
parties need not be reported pursuant to the "Health Care Consumer
Right-To-Know-Act of 1998" shall be seventy-five thousand dollars
Reporting Requirements - For purposes of the "Health Care Consumer
Right-To-Know-Act of 1998" the following criminal convictions must be reported:
(a) Conviction of any felony; and
Conviction or adjudication of guilt of
any misdemeanor, regardless of its classification, in which any element of the
misdemeanor involves any one or more of the following:

minor, spouse or the elderly.
Fraud or theft.
any misdemeanor conviction reported under this rule is ordered expunged, a copy
of the order of expungement signed by the judge must be submitted to the
Department before the conviction will be expunged from any profile.
