Tenn. Comp. R. & Regs. 0940-01-01-.01 - PURPOSE

The purpose of these rules is to regulate the prescription and administration to adult patients and residents of psychotropic medications prescribed for the purpose of the treatment of mental illness. These rules do not apply to the prescription or the administration of psychotropic medications for medical purposes other than the treatment of mental illness.
