Tenn. Comp. R. & Regs. 0940-03-09-.08 - LENGTH OF ORDER
(1) Each order for
isolation or mechanical restraint is limited to a maximum of four (4) hours for
adults eighteen (18) years of age and older, two (2) hours for youth ages nine
(9) through seventeen (17), and one (1) hour for children under age nine (9).
Each order for physical holding restraint for any age service recipient is
limited to a maximum of thirty (30) minutes.
