Tenn. Comp. R. & Regs. 1120-04-.08 - EMPLOYEE TRANSFER AND LATERAL RECLASSIFICATION

An employee who is transferred or laterally reclassified shall not generally receive a salary change as a result of such action. An employee may receive a salary increase based on the availability of agency funding and as long as the range maximum is not exceeded by the new salary.
