Tenn. Comp. R. & Regs. 1120-06-.08 - BREAK TIME FOR NURSING EMPLOYEES

An employee who needs to express breast milk for the nursing child shall be allowed a reasonable break time and a space to do so that is not a bathroom, is shielded from view, and is free from intrusion from coworkers and the public. Break time for nursing employees shall, if possible, run concurrently with any break time already provided to the employee and shall not be used to alter the employee's scheduled arrival or departure time.
