Tenn. Comp. R. & Regs. 1200-10-01-.04 - PER DIEM

Per Diem for board members will be allowed within the limits prescribed by statute and the approved annual budgets. Per Diem claimed will be based on ''days'' of service to the respective Board. Claims for reimbursement of per diem must be approved by the appropriate officer of the Board prior to being submitted to the Director. All claims for per diem must show the actual days worked, the service performed and the amount of Per Diem claimed.
