Tenn. Comp. R. & Regs. 1320-08-07-.02 - PROCEDURE

Application for the replacement shall be made under oath on a form to be provided by the Department, and the applicant shall deliver the certificate of registration to the Clerk in order to ensure replacement on the proper vehicle. All damaged, illegible or retained plates shall be surrendered to the Clerk at the time of application for replacement.
