Tenn. Comp. R. & Regs. 1320-08-07-.04 - TEMPORARY LICENSE

If the application is for duplication of the plate(s), the County Court Clerk may issue a temporary license for display in the window of the vehicle pending manufacture and issuance of the new plate(s). The interim license shall not be issued for a period to exceed twenty-eight (28) days.
