Tenn. Comp. R. & Regs. 1660-01-32-.01 - ADOPTION OF FEDERAL ENDANGERED SPECIES ACT

(1) The Tennessee Wildlife Resources Agency hereby adopts by reference the species and subspecies protected by the Federal Endangered Species Act of 1973, as amended, 16 USCA, Ch. 35. A list of Tennessee's Federally threatened and endangered species under the Endangered Species Act may be found at 50 C.F.R. § 17.11.

Original rules filed February 1, 2018; to have been effective May 2, 2018. However, the Government Operations Committee filed a 45-day stay on April 19, 2018; new effective date to have been June 16, 2018. On May 23, 2018, TWRA filed a 75-day stay; new effective date 8/30/2018.
