Tenn. Comp. R. & Regs. 1660-02-07-.09 - WATAUGA LAKE

(1) All vessels are prohibited from U.S. Forest Service Watauga Point Recreation Swim Area (WRM 40.1L) and U.S. Forest Service Shook Branch Swim Area (WRM 37L) as delineated by line of "No Boating" buoys.
(2) Vessels being operated on Watauga Reservoir at U. S. Forest Service's Rat Branch Boat Ramp (WRM 37.0L) as delineated by a line of informational buoys, shall be operated as follows:
(a) Motorboats shall operate at a "Slow-No Wake" speed.
(b) Motorboats shall not tow a person on water skis, surfboard, inner tube or similar devices.
