Tenn. Comp. R. & Regs. 1660-02-07-.15 - CHICKAMAUGA LAKE

(1) All vessels being operated in the Wolftever Creek area from the Wolftever Creek Highway 58 Bridge to a point approximately 100 yards upstream from the Harrison Bay boat Launching ramp, as delineated by a line of informational buoys and signs, shall be operated at a "Slow-No Wake" speed.

(2) All vessels operating in the Lee branch tributary of Opossum Creek from the first Lutheran Boat House to the end of the slough (approximately 600 yards) and delineated by a line of information buoys shall operate at a 'Slow-No Wake" speed.

(3) All vessels being operated on Chickamauga Reservoir in an area around the Chester Frost Park boat launching ramp, as delineated by a line of buoys, shall operate at a "Slow-No Wake" speed.

(4) All vessels are prohibited in the T.V.A. swimming area at Chickamauga Beach from May 1 through Labor Day as delineated by a line of "No Boating" buoys.

(5) All vessels being operated on Chickamauga Reservoir in the Little Ware Branch Embayment, as delineated by information buoys, shall operate at a "Slow-No Wake" speed.

(6) All vessels being operated on Chickamauga Reservoir in the cove due north of TRM 482.5 as marked by information buoys shall operate at a "Slow-No Wake" speed.

(7) All vessels being operated within the following TVA Recreation Area Ramps will be operated at a "Slow-No Wake" speed as delineated by a line of buoys:

(a) Grasshopper Creek Recreation Area Ramp at approximately T.R.M. 494.2.

(b) Chickamauga Dam Reservation Ramp at approximately T.R.M.471.5.

(c) Possum Creek Recreation Area Ramp at approximately T.R.M. 489.7.

(d) Sale Creek Recreation Area Ramp at approximately T.R.M. 495 and Sale Creek Mile 2.1

(8) All vessels are prohibited from operating within the following TVA Recreation Area Beaches as delineated by a line of buoys from May 1 through Labor Day.

(a) Possum Creek at approximately T.R.M. 489.7.

(b) Armstrong Ferry at approximately T. R. M. 505.6.

(c) Sale Creek at approximately T.R.M. 495 and Sale Creek Mile 2.1.

(d) Agency Creek at approximately Hiwassee River Mile 7.2.

(e) Grasshopper Creek at approximately T.R.M. 494.2.

(f) Skull Island at approximately T.R.M. 485.

(g) Little Possum Creek at approximately T.R.M. 489.7.

(9) All vessels being operated within the Savannah Bay Area of Wolftever Creek at the Savannah Bridge, as delineated by informational signs and or buoys, shall be operated at a "Slow, No-wake" speed; towing of surfboards, tubes, skis, and similar devices is prohibited within the zoned area.

(10) All vessels being operated on Chickamauga Lake in the cove of the First Presbyterian Church Camp located on the west bank at TRM 493.5L as marked by a line of informational buoys shall operate at a "Slow, No-wake" speed from June 1 through September 1.
