Tenn. Comp. R. & Regs. 1660-02-07-.27 - DOUGLAS LAKE
(1) All vessels are
prohibited in the T.V.A. Swimming Area at Douglas Dam Reservation Beach (FBRM
32.5L) as delineated by a line of "No Boating " buoys.
(2) Vessels being operated on Douglas Lake at
Douglas Dam Reservation Boat Ramp (FBRM 32.5L) as delineated by a line of
information buoys shall operate as follows:
(a) Motorboats shall operate at a "Slow-No
Wake" speed.
(b) Motorboats shall
not tow a person on water skis, surfboard, or similar devices.
(3) All vessels in the vicinity of
French Broad River Mile 49.5, as delineated by a line of buoys and/or signs,
shall be operated as follows:
(a) Vessels
shall operate at a "slow, no-wake speed".
(b) Vessels shall not tow water skis, tubes,
surfboards, or similar devices.
