Tenn. Comp. R. & Regs. 1720-01-10-.01 - UNIVERSITY IDENTIFICATION

Each student at The University of Tennessee is required to obtain and carry an official University identification card. This card is used to check out books from the library, use University check cashing services, gain admission to certain events sponsored by the University or student organizations, obtain discounts on items from certain local business, and establish the student's right to use University facilities. The card is property of the University and may be reclaimed if used by any person other than the one whose signature and/or photo it bears. The identification card must be shown when requested by any University official.
