Tenn. Comp. R. & Regs. 1720-01-11-.06 - CONFIDENTIALITY EXCEPTIONS
Exceptions to the right to inspect or copy public records include, without limitation:
(1)
records made confidential by the TPRA itself or by other state law; and
(2) records the University is
required to keep confidential by federal statute or regulation as a condition
for receipt of federal funds or for participation in a federally funded
program. The PRRC may publish a list of common exceptions to the right to
inspect or copy public records.
