1 Tex. Admin. Code § 10.1 - [Effective 7/3/2025] Training Programs
The executive director shall establish a program to provide training relating to the laws administered and enforced by the commission and related laws for:
(1) members and
members-elect of the legislature, to be held by January of each odd-numbered
year;
(2) state employees, in
cooperation with state agencies; and
(3) other persons and officials whose conduct
is regulated by laws administered and enforced by the commission and related
laws.
