16 Tex. Admin. Code § 111.14 - Meetings

(a) The advisory board shall meet at the call of the presiding officer of the commission or the executive director.
(b) A quorum of the advisory board is necessary to conduct official business. A quorum is five members.
(c) Board action shall require a majority vote of those members present and voting.
