26 Tex. Admin. Code § 272.1 - Purpose

This chapter:

(1) establishes the requirements for transition assistance services (TAS) provided through:

(A) the Community Living Assistance and Support Services Program;

(B) the Medically Dependent Children Program; and

(C) the Deaf Blind with Multiple Disabilities Program; and

(2) provides information regarding TAS in the Home and Community-based Services Program.
