26 Tex. Admin. Code § 744.1051 - Will a director's certificate expire?

(a) An operation director's certificate or program director's certificate will expire if the operation director or program director was qualified under options (4) or (6) of Figure: 40 TAC § 744.1015 of Title 40 (relating to What qualifications must an operation director or a program director meet?). Otherwise, an operation director's certificate and a program director's certificate will not expire.

(b) A site director's certificate will not expire.
